CLEANING SERVICES
In 2020, the Province of Limburg made tender for the cleaning of the Government and outside locations.
This assignment is reserved for social work professionals and entrepreneurs whose main goal is the social and professional integration of disabled people and other groups with a distance to the labor market.
In addition to cleaning, the assignment includes tasks for the collection of internal waste, including sanitary equipment and sanitary napkin containers.

SDG 6.4.1
Clean water
In most cases, cleaning with microfibre removes more than 99.9% of all bacteria. The cleaning products are biodegradable and have a Cradle to Cradle gold and Ecolabel certificate.
SDG 9.4.1
Innovation
Triple-T is the very first CradletoCradle trolley in the world. The Triple T method is based on microfibre. The Li-Ion batteries last longer, so no replacement is necessary.

The contract is completed with at least 30% target group employees. These are employees
with a distance to the labor market.
SDG 12
Reuse
All materials (buckets, water troughs, work trolleys) are
‘refurbished’. The microfibre cloths that no longer
meet the requirements are used for cleaning graffiti in trains.
SDG 13
CO2 emissions
All resources are ABIPAK packaged (refillable and recyclable), which results in a saving of 42% compared to traditional packaging. The Lithion-Ion scrubbing machines are economical in use and have a long life.
Tender
The Program of Requirements under corporate social responsibility includes:
1. A supplier that subscribes to the code of responsible market conduct.
2. Cleaning with materials, resources and machines with the least possible
impact on the environment, including information to staff.
3. If available, 100% biobased packaging.
4. Use of reusable microfibre cloths.
5. Cleaning agents that are not 100% biobased must bear a quality mark that guarantees environmental friendliness in terms of production and composition.
6. The cleaning agents always use suitable
refillable bottles, where the refill is made from large packaging that contribute to the reduction of packaging waste.
