Ring road OOSTBURG
An important component in asphalt is bitumen, a residual product from oil refining that keeps the sand and crushed stone together.
With the transition towards a fossile free economy H4A developed an innovative fossile free alternative for bitumen together with researchers from Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research and the Asphalt Knowledge Center (AKC): Bioway.
